Iterative Program Development for Change Management

  • ERP Wave Rollouts

    In a complex global ERP rollout, the structuring of the wave rollout schedule involved many business dependencies and careful communication and collaboration across business heads, operations, sales, master data, ecommerce and site level teams.

    I created and managed a multi-layered stakeholder communication plan which continuously evolved to drive value and bring innovative approaches as our needs expanded.

  • Change Champions

    For every wave, a change champion from within the business or the ERP program was appointed to work regionally alongside the Site Heads and site teams to conduct the Change Impact Assessment and to work with me on tailoring the stakeholder assessment and communications plan.

    I worked iteratively with this team to create a library of anticipated obstacles and strategies to improve from wave kickoff all the way through to go live, hypercare, recognition and celebration.

  • Change Communications Toolkit

    Through many challenges and complex topics, the team needed to keep our mission front and center for all stakeholders and keep a clear dialogue of senior leadership’s priority on the program through each quality gate.

    To keep up the momentum, I managed senior and mid-level leadership engagement with the global 300+ ERP team at a regular cadence. I also created and grew a library of dynamic content assets including presentations, coffee hours, video, traveling road show, intranet social posts, event templates and more for use for the greater employee audience for each wave.

Iterative PMO Development

We built the NEXT ERP PMO on an iterative process collecting all potential improvement business cases as part of the PMO annual plan. For program tracking we utilized shared dashboard weekly reporting. Project documentation was managed through Wrike with a Sharepoint knowledge repository. I provided leadership and counsel for a network of Wave and Site level Change Champions. Examples of Change Management and Communication projects which deepened our value:

  • Go Live recognition and celebrations in a virtual pandemic setting
